Inna, founder of Thallos, smiling with her young son in front of a city skyline at sunrise. A candid moment of joy and connection that reflects the heart behind Thallos’ mission of family-rooted herbal wellness.

Hi, I’m INNA, founder of thallos.

My journey into integrative health didn’t start in a textbook; it started in my own home, searching for something gentler, something that actually worked.

I started blending herbs in my kitchen. I tested, learned, failed, tried again. And slowly, I watched healing happen. Not just on the skin, but deeper in the nervous system, in the energy, in the way we care for ourselves.

Thallos was born from that process. It’s where I realized that feeling truly well wasn’t too much to ask. I believe in remedies that are both effective and intentional. I believe in honoring tradition while staying grounded in real, natural results.

With time, a personal passion for this field has turned into a deeper calling, and I’ve since earned my certificate in herbal studies through one of the few truly accredited herbalist programs in North America, the American College of Healthcare Sciences.

Alongside this, I am completing training as a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor through the Functional Nutrition Alliance program, pioneered by Andrea Nakayama, a highly respected voice in the functional nutrition field.

My journey is ongoing, and I’m excited to introduce the option to work with me one-on-one, ensuring I am bringing a highly integrated skillset in herbalism and functional nutrition for clients to find true healing through uncovering root causes.

Whatever led you to this space, welcome. I hope it feels like exactly what you needed.
