What if feeling truly well wasn’t too much to ask?

why thallos

Most practitioners live in one lane. Herbs, nutrition, or labs. At Thallos, those worlds converge into one cohesive approach.

Your care is guided by a credentialed practitioner trained in plant medicine, functional nutrition, and blood chemistry, with a dedicated focus on women’s health. That means your protocols aren’t built in isolation. They’re designed with your hormones, your cycle, your lab patterns, and any medications in mind, so everything works together rather than against itself.

INTEGRATIVE v.s. MODERN MEDICINE

Modern healthcare moves fast. The average primary care visit in the U.S. lasts around 15 minutes, often just enough time to address immediate concerns, review basics, and move to the next patient. It’s not a failure of care, but it highlights the need for complementary care. A practitioner who knows how to fill the gap to ensure ongoing support can support your optimal well-being so you can function at your best.

WHAT’S NEXT?

Every journey is deeply personal. At Thallos, we always start with a thorough intake to learn about you. We will ask you to take account of your life. Which areas of your life have you been surviving, rather than thriving? What has your body been silently asking you for that you haven’t been able to grant? We’ll ask you to go deep, but we’ll be here with you as your support. Read below for more information on what to expect.

YOUR JOURNEY

A clinical approach. A WHOLE-PERSON LENS.

Working with Thallos means getting to the root, not just managing symptoms. Here's what every client can count on.

01

Complimentary discovery call

Before anything else, we talk. This call is about making sure Thallos is the right fit for you — your goals, your history, and what you've already tried. No pressure, no obligation.

02

Deep-dive intake

This is where we go further than most practitioners will. We trace your health history as far back as possible — looking for trigger events, emerging patterns, and the connections that have been overlooked.

03

Your personalized protocol

Following your intake, you receive a custom herbal and functional nutrition protocol built around where you are right now — not where a generic plan assumes you should be. We keep it actionable and realistic, so you can actually follow it.

04

Protocol review session

Once your protocol is in hand, you have the option to meet again for a full walkthrough — so nothing feels unclear, and every recommendation makes sense. If adjustments are needed, you'll receive a revised protocol after that session.

05

Ongoing support

As your body responds and your needs shift, we continue to meet and refine. Ongoing support sessions keep your care current and keep you moving forward with intention.

Throughout every session

Every appointment at Thallos includes three things that set this practice apart from standard care. Click the + on any card to learn more.

  • We review your existing labs through an optimal lens, not just whether something was flagged.

Standard ranges are based on broad population averages, so results can fall “normal” while still being far from ideal. At Thallos, we interpret your labs using functional ranges that reflect how your body is meant to perform.

For example, ferritin (iron stores) is often overlooked. Many labs consider levels as low as 12–15 ng/mL normal, but optimal levels are closer to 50–100 ng/mL — and symptoms like fatigue, hair loss, and brain fog can show up long before it’s ever flagged.

  • Every recommendation comes with the "why." You'll understand your own physiology better after each session — because an informed client gets better results and is more equipped to maintain them.

  • From cycle irregularities and hormonal shifts to thyroid patterns, gut health, and autoimmune considerations — Thallos was built around the complexity of women's health, at every stage of life. You’ll see this reflected in every session where we take the extra steps to ensure the intricacy of a woman’s health is accounted for within any protocols and education.
